Abstract

Abstract. The article is devoted to the evolution of labor law schools in Ukraine, considered through the prism of praxeological discourse. Raising the issue of academic schools of labor law allowed the author to analyze various aspects and approaches to the formation and development of labor law schools in Ukraine. Investigating the problems of academic schools of labor law, the author reveals the peculiarities of the formation of law schools in Ukraine. This allowed him to outline modern regional academic trends in labor law, their completeness and adequacy in terms of effectiveness. Under such circumstances, the author comes to the conclusion that the modern development of labor law schools is characterized by the lack of clear programs for the development of the industry, which should be based on the appropriate ideology of law, systematic legal analysis, legal monitoring, the allocation of key elements of "doctrinal legal research", etc. The author also argues that labor law schools in Ukraine have undergone evolution as a result of the development of labor legislation. The evolution was based on historical changes in the development of law in general, as labor law as a branch, in methodological approaches. Changing the vision of the essence and scope of law, law schools have also expanded. This affected the separately viewed labor law systems from different points of view. Within the framework of the praxeological discourse, their development indicates that the schools were transformed in the ideological and methodological sense of knowledge of labor law as a phenomenon, labor legislation, effective human activity in labor law towards the socio-legal orientation of development. The main problems that prompted the development of labor law schools indicate the improvement of methodological tools aimed at the effective organization of labor law, the creation of effective labor legislation, an effective approach in academic disciplines, and the effective development of the doctrine of labor law. Ultimately, the author concludes that the idea of modern academic schools of labor law has the potential to reflect fundamental issues regarding the legal policy of labor law prevailing in modern labor law, which affects the provision of a proper socio-economic structure, legal regime, as well as ensuring an effective concept of labor law in Ukraine as a whole.
