The journal does not charge any fees for:
submission of manuscripts;
organization of double-blind peer review;
editorial and publishing work;
assignment of DOI;
placement of articles on the website;
storage in digital archives.
All editorial and technical costs are covered by the journal's founder.

The journal's articles are published under the Open Access model, which ensures:
free and unrestricted access to materials;

If necessary, the editorial board provides authors with free advice on formatting articles, references, manuscript structure, and compliance with ethical requirements.
